Uncle Pizzas' Buffalo Lime Cilantro Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Uncle Pizzas' Buffalo Lime Cilantro Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Baguette or crackers, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, Uncle Pizzas' Buffalo Lime Cilantro Hot Sauce, dressing, and 1 cup of the Monterey Jack cheese. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve hot with baguette slices or crackers.
