Uncle Pizzas' Buffalo Lime Cilantro Steak Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1/2 cup Uncle Pizzas' Buffalo Lime Cilantro Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the steak in Uncle Pizzas' Buffalo Lime Cilantro Hot Sauce and chopped cilantro for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Grill or pan-sear the steak to your preferred doneness. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
  3. Assemble the tacos: On each tortilla, put some steak strips, diced onion, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.
  4. Drizzle some additional Uncle Pizzas' Buffalo Lime Cilantro Hot Sauce on top, if desired.
